Arrive a few minutes early and bring any referral, previous reports or list of current medicines you may have.
What to bring
- Your referral slip or doctor’s request, if you have one (especially for ultrasound).
- Any previous reports, scans or X-rays related to your visit.
- A list of medicines you currently take.
- Any questions you would like to ask — it helps to write them down.
