The center is on the ground floor of Jinnah Market in New Multan Colony, with a glass front door that makes it easy to find and step straight in — no stairs to climb. As soon as you enter, our reception desk is there to welcome you, book your visit and answer any questions.

The reception area is bright, air-conditioned and neatly kept, with modern ceiling lighting, a wood-effect floor that is easy to keep spotless, and comfortable seating along the wall. Your records and appointment details are handled at the front desk, so checking in only takes a moment.

Cleanliness starts at the door. Floors, seating and surfaces in the entrance and reception are wiped down and cleaned regularly throughout the day, so the center feels fresh and hygienic from the moment you arrive.

While you wait, you can relax on cushioned sofa seating in a calm, well-lit waiting area. The space is kept quiet and uncluttered, so you can wait in comfort — whether you are here for a check-up, treatment or an X-ray.

Our certificates and registration are displayed on the wall, and the treatment room and the digital OPG X-ray room open directly off the waiting area. Everything is on one floor, a few steps apart, so there is no need to move between buildings or floors during your visit.

We take pride in a clean environment. The waiting area and treatment rooms are cleaned and tidied between patients and throughout the day, and hygiene is treated as seriously out here as it is in the treatment room.

Our panoramic X-ray machine captures the whole mouth in a single image — all the teeth, both upper and lower jaws, the jaw joints and the surrounding bone. It shows problems that cannot be seen during a normal examination, such as decay between teeth, infections at the root tips, bone loss, cysts and impacted wisdom teeth.

Taking the X-ray is quick and comfortable. You stand still while the machine’s arm moves around your head for a few seconds — nothing is placed inside your mouth, which makes it easier for children and for patients with a strong gag reflex. It uses a low dose of radiation, and we only take an X-ray when it is needed for your diagnosis or treatment.

The image helps Dr. Usman Tahir plan dental implants, root canal treatment, extractions and wisdom tooth removal with more accuracy, and explain your treatment to you clearly. Because the X-ray is taken here, you do not need to visit a separate center.

Reusable dental instruments are sterilised in a JoinChamp steam autoclave. It uses pressurised steam at a high temperature to kill bacteria, viruses, fungi and spores — the standard method for sterilising dental and surgical instruments.

After every patient, instruments are cleaned to remove debris, packed and then run through a full sterilisation cycle in the autoclave. They stay sealed until they are opened for the next patient, so you can see that what is used on you is clean.

Sterilisation is a key part of our infection-control routine, together with disinfecting the treatment area and using single-use items such as gloves, masks and needles. It protects every patient from cross-infection, including hepatitis and other blood-borne infections.

A Konica Minolta DRYPRO dry film imager prints X-ray and ultrasound images on medical-grade film. Dry printing produces sharp, consistent images without darkroom chemicals, so the fine detail your doctor needs is preserved.

You receive a printed copy of your scan to take home or to show your referring doctor or specialist. Having the film makes it easy to compare results over time and to get a second opinion, without having to repeat the scan.

Printing is done right here at the center, usually straight after your examination, so you do not need to come back later or go elsewhere to collect your results.
